DIRECT HIRE for a Business to Business Customer Service Representative!

Full-Time Hours for the Customer Service Representative are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and one Saturday a month.

Rate of Pay for the Customer Service Representative is $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Actual compensation offered will vary based on factors including applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and comparison with associates in similar roles.

Essential Functions for the Customer Service Representative Include:

  • Assist customers with general inquiries, tracking deliveries via phone, email or web.
  • Contact customers for order verification, updates, and delivery notification as needed.
  • Actively listening, identifying problems and making decisions to resolve issues in a manner that projects trust and fairness.
  • Work cross-functionally with management teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Minimum Required Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Service Representative Include:

  • 2 years of experience in data entry, order desk, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task, be quick, flexible and detail oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; interacting well with multiple departments in a supportive and friendly manner.
  • Able to type 40 wpm with 98% accuracy.
