Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
We are seeking both Full-Time & Part-Time nurses at the Inter-Faith Care Center, a Skilled Nursing Facility in Carlton, Minnesota.

Responsibilities
A Licensed Staff Nurse must work with the physicians, department heads, nursing assistants, and other personnel to provide comprehensive and continuous individualized care to the residents, provide monitoring and consult to ancillary nursing staff in accordance with the policies set forth by the Inter-Faith Care Center.
Availability
- 8-hour shift
- Evening shift or Overnight shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Rotating weekends
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Minnesota.
- Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds.
- Moving, lifting or transferring of patients may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Experience working in geriatrics or with the elderly is preferred but not required.

- Differential pay - $1.50 for PM shift and $3.00 for NOC shift
- Overtime pay - 1-1/2 times hourly rate, overtime after 8 hours/day
