Key Responsibilities :
Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Perform routine patient assessments and document observations.
Assist with wound care, catheterizations, and other medical procedures.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-care instructions.
Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications :
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current CPR / BLS certification.
2 Step PPD
1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic healthcare environments.
