Position Summary
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Junior Social Media Manager to oversee and grow INTER’s social media presence. This individual will serve as the voice of INTER across all social channels, engaging with our community, collaborating with influencers, and driving measurable growth. As a key member of the marketing team, you will ensure INTER’s social media reflects our unique brand identity and contributes to achieving overarching business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Oversee and manage daily content creation, scheduling, and posting across all social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and emerging platforms).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate manner to foster community engagement.
- Re-share tagged posts and user-generated content (UGC) to amplify audience contributions.
- Develop and execute creative organic content strategies tailored for our social media platforms, with a focus on producing authentic, engaging, and relatable "lo-fi" content captured in a casual, iPhone-style aesthetic.
- Collaborate closely with staff members to plan and shoot unique, on-site lo-fi content that showcases our brand’s personality and creativity, leveraging spontaneous moments and behind-the-scenes experiences.
Influencer Collaboration
- Identify and build relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors who align with INTER’s mission and aesthetic.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns and partnerships, ensuring successful execution and alignment with brand objectives.
Performance Analytics
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and content, using metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, reach, and conversions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize performance and inform future strategies.
Brand Alignment
- Ensure all social content aligns with INTER’s brand guidelines, voice, and overall marketing strategy.
- Stay up-to-date on trends in social media, immersive experiences, and interactive technology to maintain a fresh and relevant brand presence.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and goals.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging multimedia content that resonates with our audience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, preferably in the entertainment, experiential, or tech industries.
- Proven track record of growing social media followings and driving engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience working with influencers and executing influencer campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for immersive experiences, interactive technology, or space exploration is a plus.

Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $26-$30/hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
