Inter-Orient Services / Noble Shipping is seeking a motivated individual to join our team. The Logistics Coordinator role will be responsible for handling Ocean & Air import freight forwarding. This is a role that has growth potential and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties :
- Handling documentation, tracking, shipment status updates, customs releases, ISF data entry, opening and managing files.
- Customer service and rate quotations. Communicate with overseas offices & agents for shipment booking, tracking & tracing.
- Working with trucking companies, warehousing, shippers & consignees for coordinate & delivery of shipments.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to imports, including customs clearance and shipping delays.
- 2-3 years of experience is desired. Will provide training for the position.
- Assist in other functions as required by the company.
