Position Summary
The Delivery Lead acts as both a supervisor to the Dispatchers and the Driver team and contributes to the Sanctuary’s success by achieving individual sales and productivity goals through personalized service while demonstrating expertise in product knowledge. Delivery lead will engage customers, create exceptional customer experience and provide leadership and support. They embody the Sanctuary’s Mission, Vision and Values in their words and actions while demonstrating selling and service expertise, product knowledge, phone etiquette skills and strong point-of-sale proficiency. Additionally, the Delivery Lead partners with the management team in driving activity to exceed store sales goals, help with team development and assist with store operational procedures.
