Position Summary
The Sanctuary is looking to add talented individuals who want to join our team of customer centric professionals. The Sanctuary’s Dispatch team members are responsible for ensuring each customer receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly experience over the phone. Helping customers navigate the ordering process while always providing the highest level of customer services. We are looking for a hard-working self-starter who thinks clearly in high pressure situations.
Position Responsibilities
- Greet customers with professionalism, build rapport and provide positive a customer experience to every customer that calls the Sanctuary
- Utilize selling techniques to identify the correct product or products that provide a tailored care plan or cannabis experience for every customer
- Educate customers regarding strains, methods of consumption and the effects of cannabis
- Cross sell and encourage beneficial products, enhancing the customer experience
- Up sells when appropriate, promoting current sales and promotions
- Handles customer complaints in a calm and professional manner, escalating customer issues to the Lead on duty
- Collaborates as a team to achieve sales goals and encourages team members to provide excellent customer service
- Stay current on the latest cannabis industry trends and product knowledge
- Maintain a sense of urgency, high energy, positive attitude
- Have a solution oriented approach to problem solving, a coachable mindset, and be eager to contribute wherever there is a need
- Coordinating and scheduling delivery orders efficiently using POS and routing applications
- Conducting second check on orders to ensure accuracy
- Assigning delivery tasks to drivers and tracking their progress
- Providing front-line support for drivers who need assistance on the road
- Communicating with drivers to ensure timely and safe deliveries
- Sending payment links to customers as needed
- Responding to delivery-related issues and providing solutions
- Adhere to all state compliance and company policies
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned
