Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Create engaging content for company newsletters.
- Plan and coordinate team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in preparing and delivering training programs.
- Support compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
- Act as the primary resource for employees and managers for HR-related inquiries.
- Provide assistance in HR and payroll processing tasks.
- Assist with employee benefits selection.
- Maintain accurate employee and HR-related records.
- Conduct training audits and ensure payroll accuracy.
- Demonstrate flexibility in taking on additional tasks and special projects.
Travel Management Support
- Provide backup coverage and continuity of service in the absence of the Travel Manager.
Recruiting and Onboarding
- Evaluate resumes and applications.
- Conduct initial candidate phone screenings.
- Participate in or lead candidate interviews.
- Support applicants through onboarding processes.
- Conduct HR orientations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, recruiting, payroll, or similar administrative roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HR systems, payroll software, Google Suite, and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Work Environment:
- Remote.
- Occasional travel may be required.
