About the Role:
This role is responsible for supporting and executing strategic initiatives within the HR and Legal departments, emphasizing completing tasks and assignments crucial to larger strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate training programs and events.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
- Act as a subject matter expert for HR-related inquiries.
- Provide assistance in HR and payroll processing tasks.
- Assist with employee benefits selection.
- Maintain accurate employee and HR-related records.
- Conduct training audits and ensure payroll accuracy.
- Demonstrate flexibility in taking on additional tasks and special projects.
Travel Management Support
- Provide backup coverage and continuity of service in the absence of the Travel Manager.
Recruiting and Onboarding
- Evaluate resumes and applications.
- Conduct initial candidate phone screenings.
- Participate in or lead candidate interviews.
- Support applicants through onboarding processes.
- Conduct HR orientations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, recruiting, payroll, or similar administrative roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HR systems, payroll software, Google Suite, and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Work Environment:
- Remote.
