What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator position at Inter-Tribal Council?
Function as a support to coordinate activities in the Maternal, Infant & Early Childhood Services. Assist Program Manager to monitor project timeline, data gathering and implementation of NAS/SOR4 program. Develop and update data collection and data management procedures. Enter data into Wayne State Qualtrix data system. Provide technical assistance to Tribes participating in the project on intake, follow-up, data collection, data analysis and reporting. Provide monthly reports. Develop resource and educational materials. Facilitate and monitor GPRA (Government Performance & Results Act) training as needed for new Tribal staff. Assist in the development of resources and educational materials to support department activities. Participate in all required training and planning meetings, as well as grantee workshops and conferences. Prepare routine as well as complex correspondence.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
