Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a
minimum of three years of experience managing organic social media content professionally. Experience
with Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva is highly desired. Previous agency experience is advantageous but
not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule engaging social media content across various platforms.
- Monitor social channels and engage with the audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall brand goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize engagement and
growth.
- Stay updated with social media trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in managing organic social media content.
- Graphic design: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and, as a plus, Canva.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle occasional after-hours quick fixes.
