Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our pack/assembly team. This role involves working in a cold environment and performing assembly and packing tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, punctual, and committed to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly and packing tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to established procedures to ensure quality and productivity in a cold working environment.
- Maintain clear communication across line areas and provide support to co-workers when necessary.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Must be e-Verified and have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a cold environment.
- Adherence to a strict dress code is required, including:
- Wearing proper shoes (no slides, Crocs, or sandals).
- Removal of any face piercings that do not meet safety standards.
- Following provided visual guidelines for acceptable attire.
- Availability for the specified shift, with flexibility for overtime.
- Education or experience that enables effective task execution and the potential to provide guidance to peers.
