Job Title: Warehouse Helper

Location: Vineland, NJ (Onsite)

Shift: Sun-Thur 730am-430pm

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse Helper to assist with warehouse operations, material handling, and basic facility upkeep. This role involves operating forklifts and pallet jacks, organizing materials, assisting with inventory management, and performing light maintenance and carpentry tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Material Handling & Equipment Operation

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and equipment safely around the facility.

• Load, unload, and transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse.

• Ensure proper stacking, sorting, and storage of materials to maintain warehouse efficiency.

Warehouse Organization & Inventory Support

• Assist with sorting and organizing inventory, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

• Keep workspaces, shelves, and storage areas clean and orderly.

• Support inventory tracking by labeling, counting, and documenting materials.

Basic Maintenance & Carpentry Tasks

• Perform minor maintenance repairs on warehouse fixtures and equipment.

• Assist with basic carpentry work, including assembling and repairing shelves, workbenches, and storage areas.

• Help maintain building security and general upkeep of warehouse facilities.

General Facility Support

• Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and company procedures.

• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed.

• Support special projects and other assigned duties as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred but not required).

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations, material handling, and inventory organization.

• Hands-on experience with basic maintenance and carpentry tasks is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
