Interactive Kids is looking for an organized and outgoing Program Coordinator to support our Early Learners Department in Cherry Hill. This part-time role (25 hours per week) is ideal for someone who is quick to learn, Excel proficient, comfortable on the phone, and able to work both independently and collaboratively with team members in finance, billing, and administration.

What You’ll Do:
Communication & Coordination
Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries professionally.
Check and respond to voicemails regularly during scheduled work hours.
Organize and maintain client and vendor files.
Communicate updates and changes to the website editor.
Develop and distribute schedules, newsletters, and other correspondence.
Participate in staff meetings, take minutes, and assist with agenda preparation.
Enrollment & Billing
Manage enrollment for social skills groups, including parent outreach and confirmation.
Collect payments and required paperwork for enrolled children.
Record payments in QuickBooks and conduct banking as needed.
Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
Scheduling & Authorization
Coordinate scheduling of consultants and staff.
Obtain and manage required documentation for insurance authorizations.
Communicate with care managers, families, and school district personnel as needed.
Office & Event Support
Prepare materials for social skills groups and consultations.
Coordinate workshops, events, and marketing initiatives.
Manage office supplies and order items as needed.
Operate office equipment, including photocopiers, fax machines, and laminators.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Outgoing and professional communication skills, especially over the phone.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with various teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
Experience handling billing, scheduling, and administrative tasks is a plus.
