Executive Director/Account Executive
An accredited Association Management Company is looking for a dedicated, full time account executive for more than one client who will be responsible to client board of directors. Responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and financial well-being of each client.
- Office experience with an association management firm or non-profit association desired.
- Solid digital experience with Windows operating system and a variety of software programs.
- Demonstrated organizational and leadership experience.
- Financial management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must know database management and be adept at written communication. Must be experienced with newsletter, brochure and document development and demonstrate extraordinary customer service and problem solving skills. Must be able to take minutes of meetings and write reports.
This position requires a self-starter, leadership ability, a willingness to assume responsibility, strong attention to detail and ability to proof own work and a team player, able to organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks and follow up as needed.
The successful candidate will have the ability to meet our high client/customer service and responsiveness standards. Excellent project management and organization skills and friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude are mandatory.
Offices off of I-25 and 120th in Westminster. With possible partial remote work after 90 days in office training.
Salary range depending on experience - $55,000 - $57,000. Benefits include health, vision, dental, paid vacation and sick leave.

Summary
This position will be responsible for being an accounts executive serving the needs of assigned clients, their members and their board of directors. Account Executives are responsible for the overall strategic, operational and financial well-being of each client. Success is measured in the ability to provide impactful leadership and exceptional management support of the each client’s objectives to achieve maximum service potential while supporting the business initiatives and goals of Interactive Management Inc.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Support the Board of Directors in a responsive fashion.
· Stay up to date on all pertinent association matters.
· Understand Interactive Management Inc.’s contract and scope of services provided to clients.
· Understand the qualifications for membership and the categories of membership in the associations and other provisions of the by-laws.
· Must know database management.
· Ensure proper associations’ due billings, including but not limited to mailing of statements and providing reports to the membership committee, or Board of Directors.
· Provide high-level customer service orientation and problem solving skills.
· Database/website updates and design.
· Promote all client events via social media, as needed.
· Respond to e-mails and telephone calls in a timely manner.
· Attending all necessary identified meetings by the client and provide on-site support to members as needed.
· Overseeing the design, continuity, proofing, printing, and mailing of publications to members.
· Keeping other staff members informed about issues of importance in the associations.
· Providing any additional support services included in Interactive Management, Inc. agreements with associations.
· Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
· Seek and identify new business opportunities for Interactive Management, Inc.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience Requirements
· Office experience with an association management firm or non-profit association
· Passion for doing a job well each and every time without the need for acclamation on a daily basis
· Solid digital experience with Windows operating system and a variety of software programs
· Demonstrated planning and organization skills
· Financial management experience - Quickbooks
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Must have own reliable transportation/valid driver's license as some travel may be required
