Background :
This position supports the discovery, implementation, and sustainment of a ServiceNow suite for a dedicated Department of Defense (DoD) community with significant DoD leadership visibility. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in defining and documenting requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of a multi-product solution that includes IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who excels at gathering and analyzing complex information, translating it into actionable requirements, and facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science)
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on technology projects, preferably involving ServiceNow or enterprise IT solutions
Agile certification preferred (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster [CSM], Certified Business Analysis Professional [CBAP], or PMI-ACP)
Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, or HRSD
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables
Active Security clearance required; eligibility for higher-level clearance is a plus
