About Us :

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving new business growth while managing and expanding relationships with key clients across the United States.

Role Overview :

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving high-margin revenue growth. This role requires a strong aptitude for selling technology-based solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • New Business Development : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Lead Qualification : Evaluate leads from various sources and schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Client Presentations : Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to demonstrate the value of our document management solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management : Maintain a robust pipeline using ACT CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent progress.
  • Account Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborative Selling : Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Revenue Growth : Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals that drive profitability.
  • Customer Retention : Provide ongoing support to clients to foster loyalty and strengthen relationships.
  • Market Insights : Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide valuable input on sales strategies.

Key Qualifications :

  • Proven Sales Expertise : Minimum of 2 years (4 years preferred) of experience in sales, with success in generating new business and closing deals.
  • Technical Proficiency : Experience selling technology-based solutions; familiarity with document management or related industries is a plus.
  • Exceptional Communication : Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with clients at all levels.
  • Pipeline Management : Skilled in managing multiple opportunities and meeting sales quotas.
  • Relationship Building : Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Software Skills : Proficiency in ACT CRM and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Travel Availability : Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, including South Florida and North Georgia.

  • Schedule and attend 10–20 new client meetings monthly.
