InterCapital Fund, LP is a long/short Hedge Fund, focused on asymmetric returns in the global equity market and equity-related securities primarily. The General Partner implements a long/short company-specific strategy, which enables Limited Partners to participate in the inherent growth opportunities within multiple industries over the long term, while reducing near and intermediate-term volatility. The goal is to invest in our highest conviction names in a timely manner and hold these positions for an extended period of time, while tactically trading around these positions during Event-Driven situations, using derivative strategies for non-correlated short-term returns to augment the returns of the core portfolio holdings. The General Partner believes in concentration, flexibility and actively managing around inflections to create alpha for the partnership.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Operating Officer at InterCapital Fund, LP. The position can be remote, with occasional on-site visits to the Austin office. The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing all non-investment day-to-day business operations, implementing strategic plans, managing finances, and ensuring operational efficiency and business growth.

Compensation

• $150,000-$350,000 base salary (dependent on qualifications)
• Profit Share Agreement on Performance Fee
