We are currently looking for a Community Outreach Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, building relationships, and expanding the reach of ABA therapy services in the community.
Position Overview: As a Community Outreach Coordinator at Intercare Therapy, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing key relationships within the community to promote our ABA services. This includes networking with schools, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and prospective clients to increase awareness, drive referrals, and expand our presence. Your efforts will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of Intercare Therapy while helping more families access our life-changing services.

Reports to: Senior Manager of Growth and Concierge Admissions
Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach & Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with schools, pediatricians, healthcare providers, and other local organizations to promote ABA therapy.
- Represent Intercare Therapy at local networking events, conferences, and community outreach programs to raise awareness of our services.
- Cultivate partnerships with community organizations, advocacy groups, and medical professionals to generate referrals and improve the local support network for our clients.
Marketing & Promotions:
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute outreach initiatives, including local advertising campaigns, social media promotions, and printed materials.
- Develop and distribute educational materials (brochures, flyers, presentations) to effectively communicate the benefits of ABA therapy and Intercare Therapy’s services.
- Organize and support community events, workshops, and seminars aimed at educating families and community members about autism and ABA therapy.
Referral Development & Client Engagement:
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients and families, providing them with information and guidance on ABA services and the intake process.
- Follow up with leads generated from outreach efforts, responding promptly to inquiries and converting leads into clients.
- Ensure positive, ongoing relationships with existing clients and families, providing support to encourage continued engagement and referrals.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Keep detailed records of outreach activities and referral sources using the CRM or other designated tracking systems.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Senior Manager of Growth on outreach efforts, referral numbers, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze and evaluate the success of outreach initiatives and adjust strategies to meet business goals.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with the clinical team, administrative staff, and leadership to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
- Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions to align outreach efforts with the broader company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in community outreach, sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health settings.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and educate diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM tools.
- A passion for helping individuals with autism and developmental disabilities and making a positive impact in the community.
- Ability to travel locally as needed to attend outreach events and meetings.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (preferred).
