Job Summary
A Program Manager serves as the onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and providing education and training for client caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee clinical programs
- Supervise BCBAs
- Provide education and training for client caregivers
- Drive 30-60 miles a day and supervise client sessions between 8AM and 6PM on weekdays and occasionally on weekends
Requirements
- Completed Master's degree in relevant field
- In progress with BCBA preferred
- Strong ABA and clinical skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team player attitude
- Bilingual skills valued
