Job Title: Program Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Program Manager to join our team at Intercare Therapy.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will serve as the onsite case supervisor and leader, responsible for developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising Behavior Interventionists (BIs), and providing education and training for client caregivers. This role requires strong ABA and clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to drive 30-60 miles per day.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee clinical programs, ensuring evidence-based practices are implemented consistently.
- Supervise BIs, providing guidance and support to ensure quality service delivery.
- Provide education and training to client caregivers, promoting skill acquisition and behavior change.
- Master daily case management skills, including managing schedules, tracking progress, and communicating with clients and families.
Requirements:
- Completed Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Social Services).
- Strong ABA and clinical skills, with experience working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorders.
- Excellent written and spoken communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual skills valued but not required.
