Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to account management and the ability to analyze market trends to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs. The work schedule is Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Training is typically 4 weeks.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking account activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Assist Client Relations team with client calls on a continuous basis, as well as in-person site visits.
- conduct refresher in-services for current clients via web services.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns promptly.
- Contribute and assist with marketing and sales campaigns.
- Assist with end-of-month billing and invoice discrepancies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our services.
Skills
- Proven experience in business development and account management, demonstrating a track record of success in building client relationships.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
