Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the fixed and removable case coordinators, scheduling cases, and communicating effectively with our team and the dentists we collaborate with. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and computer literacy.
Duties
- Receive email communication on new cases
- Downloading and sorting through new cases and placing in the correct folders.
- Inputting cases into 3Shape LMS software
- Communication with offices regarding due dates and organizing future schedules
- Handling Doctor calls on due dates and any concerns with the cases
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Programs such as Excel and Word
- Disinfecting lab cases and ensuring they make it to the correct department
- Invoicing and checking cases before they leave the lab
Experience
- A background in an office setting or related fields is required, with experience in the dental field being highly desirable
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Experience with multi-line phones is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively are critical for success
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
