About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Chemist to lead our technical efforts in Congers, NY. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing new formulation strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical support and guidance to colleagues and external partners.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in cosmetic formulation, color perception, raw material knowledge, regulatory knowledge, GLPs, GMPs, and FDA guidelines. You'll also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
