- Design and execute industrial-scale bulk pilot trials to transition new cosmetic products to manufacturing/production scale.

- Investigate out-of-specification manufacturing non-conformances and develop effective corrective and preventive action plans.
- Ensure compliance with company-set standards for manufacturing/lab safety and general maintenance.
