TUI Hotel Representative - Orlando
We are seeking a TUI Hotel Representative to join our team in Orlando, FL
- The ideal candidate will be able to assist international guests through the digital self-service and sales tools available, coordinate daily contact with guests (face-to-face or digitally), and assist with concerns and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- The candidate should be able to work in a dynamic environment with enthusiasm and provide quality customer service.
- Candidate must be well-groomed, friendly, with positive characteristics, and enjoy working in a diverse environment with attention to details.
- The candidate must be able to work well independently and stay on task with little supervision. A background in customer service or event planning is a plus.
- Candidate must be able to work weekdays and weekends with a flexible schedule, be comfortable using/working with electronic devices and communicating via email
- Must be fluent in the English language and able to read, speak and write.
- Candidate must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Driver's License.
