The Role

Interdependence is seeking an experienced Account Supervisor, Consumer to play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving impactful campaigns, and leading account teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative PR strategies that deliver measurable results for high-profile consumer brands. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who excels in media relations, client service, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Leadership

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned consumer PR accounts, fostering strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Develop and implement strategic public relations plans tailored to client objectives.
Anticipate client needs and provide proactive, solutions-driven recommendations.

Campaign Development & Execution

Oversee the creation and execution of innovative PR campaigns, including media relations, influencer partnerships, and experiential activations.

Craft compelling press materials, including press releases, pitches, talking points, and key messaging.

Secure media coverage in top-tier outlets to amplify client visibility and brand awareness.

Client Leadership

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned consumer PR accounts, fostering strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Manage and mentor account teams, providing clear direction, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

Oversee the workflow and quality of deliverables to ensure excellence and efficiency.

Strategic Insights & Reporting

Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform strategies.

Track and report campaign performance metrics, showcasing results and insights to clients.

Ensure all campaigns are executed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field.

5 years of experience in consumer public relations, with agency experience strongly preferred.

Proven track record of managing successful consumer PR campaigns, including media relations and influencer programs.

Strong media contacts across consumer, lifestyle, and digital platforms.

Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring junior team members.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

A results-driven, creative mindset with a focus on delivering client success.
