As a Delivery Recruitment Consultant in our Miami office, you’ll focus exclusively on sourcing and placing top-tier tech talent across the East Coast US market. This 180° recruitment role allows you to dedicate your time to delivering exceptional candidates without the need for business development. You’ll leverage your sourcing expertise to match high-caliber professionals with exciting opportunities in Cloud, DevOps, and Infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

• Source, engage, and deliver high-quality tech candidates for clients across the East Coast US region.
• Manage the recruitment cycle from initial outreach to candidate placement.
• Partner closely with our East Coast Sales Team to understand client needs and ensure seamless talent delivery.
• Build and nurture a strong network of tech professionals while staying updated on industry trends.
• Drive a world-class candidate experience, ensuring smooth communication and support throughout the hiring process.
