Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance financial transaction processes and back-end platforms, including Oracle ERP, GetPaid, and BlueSnap Credit Card Gateway.
- Engage with cross-functional teams across financial, sales, and accounting departments to document requirements for system enhancements.
- Serve as the go-to expert on financial operations and how they integrate with enterprise applications.
- Translate business needs into structured development tasks for engineering teams.
- Maintain alignment between corporate goals and system development priorities.
- Develop change documentation alongside key stakeholders before deployment.
- Continuously refine operational structures and improve workflows.
- Support integrations and data transitions during frequent M&A activities.
- Possess a strong understanding of MSPs and corporate business systems.
- Manage diverse stakeholders and drive automation efforts, system testing, and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate across global teams spanning multiple regions.
- Lead indirect teams including business analysts, administrators, engineers, and external vendors, while coordinating closely with U.S.-based leadership.
- Streamline support processes for applications and ensure compliance with service agreements.
- Conduct audits of internal systems and prepare for necessary upgrades.
- Work alongside enterprise leadership to establish and maintain processes related to administration, development, and change management.
- Handle third-party integration platforms like Mulesoft and DellBoomi.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A decade or more in a technology leadership capacity, with hands-on expertise in back-office SaaS platforms like Oracle ERP.
- At least seven years in product ownership or a comparable leadership role.
- Seven or more years working with Oracle ERP or an equivalent enterprise system.
- Deep familiarity with SaaS product operations and corporate application development.
- Extensive experience overseeing large-scale enterprise integrations, including at least one full end-to-end ERP implementation.
- Comfort working in a high-paced, rapidly evolving business setting.
- Independent, reliable, and capable of handling multiple competing priorities with precision.
- Proven history of execution and accountability in prior roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) landscape is beneficial.
- Track record of enhancing governance, security, and industry standards.
- Skilled at designing and rolling out new workflows with a focus on adoption.
- Strong expertise in building complex system elements such as custom applications, automation rules, workflows, and data structures.
- Proficiency in handling large-scale data management tasks.
- Ability to effectively influence executives, colleagues, developers, and business leaders.
- A strong history of successfully leading projects to completion.
- The capability to interpret and articulate intricate business needs.
- Background knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
Education & Certifications:
- A degree in a technical field such as Computer Science is preferred, though equivalent industry experience is acceptable.
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
