Key Responsibilities

SAP Transition Planning & Impact Assessment

• Evaluate the impact of moving to SAP S/4HANA, identifying key business process changes.
• Work with stakeholders to assess readiness and define a structured transition strategy.
• Develop a communication and training approach tailored to SAP adoption challenges.

Implementation & Optimization of SAP S/4HANA

• Lead SAP-specific change initiatives, ensuring alignment with best practices for ERP adoption.
• Support process redesign efforts to maximize system efficiency post-migration.
• Develop structured plans for training, user engagement, and post-go-live support.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Act as the primary liaison between SAP project teams and business users.
• Clearly articulate how S/4HANA changes will affect daily operations across departments.
• Build executive and end-user buy-in for system adoption.

Ongoing Support & Continuous Improvement

• Align change initiatives with overall SAP project timelines.
• Provide coaching and support for business leaders and project teams.
• Gather feedback post-implementation to refine SAP change management strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong communication skills to engage technical and business teams in SAP S/4HANA transitions.
• Proven ability to develop structured SAP change management frameworks.
• Expertise in large-scale ERP transformations, specifically SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM), with a focus on SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Deep understanding of SAP system implementations, process changes, and business impacts.
• Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., structured SAP adoption frameworks) preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and ERP project management tools is a plus.
