What You Will Do
As Chief of Staff, you will be the right hand to the CEO, driving strategic initiatives, streamlining operations, and enabling the leadership team to execute on business objectives. This is a highly cross-functional and strategic role that will shape the next phase of growth for interface.ai.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Execution: Collaborate with the CEO to define, track, and execute strategic priorities across the company, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Operational Excellence: Drive key business processes, including leadership meetings, quarterly planning, and board updates, to ensure focus and accountability.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a bridge across departments—Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—to align teams, remove roadblocks, and drive business outcomes.
- Special Projects: Lead and execute high-impact, CEO-driven initiatives such as go-to-market strategy, investor updates, and key partnerships.
- Metrics & Insights: Define KPIs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making at the leadership level.
- External Engagement: Represent the CEO in meetings with customers, investors, and partners, ensuring clear communication and follow-through on deliverables.
- Executive Communications: Support the CEO with preparation for board meetings, investor updates, and public presentations, driving clear and compelling messaging.
- Team Growth & Development: Partner with HR and leadership to build, scale, and retain top talent across the organization.
What You Will Bring
- 8 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, or leadership role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS startup.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business results.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to break down problems, develop strategic solutions, and execute effectively.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to interact with executive leadership, customers, and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to solving problems and influencing decisions.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or experience in a role in the CEO's office or management consulting is a plus.
Compensation
- Total Compensation is expected to be between $170,000-$210,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
