- 6 years of experience in technical recruitment
- Working with start-up/ similar industries
- Have ambition and drive to really build a company
- Can navigate ambiguity well
- Have the ability to pitch the company vision and the role in a genuine way
- Are a savvy negotiator and excel at influencing and negotiating the close
Compensation
- Compensation: Base salary is expected to be between $100,000 - $150,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location. Potential to be a permanent Recruiter or Contract to Hire, compensation and benefits may vary based on the form of hire.Β
