About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and organized MA with strong multitasking skills to join our team. Preference will be given to candidates with medical assistant experience. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming environment for our patients and providing essential administrative and clinical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction:
- Greet patients warmly and provide a pleasant, professional experience.
- Confirm appointments and surgeries through phone calls and text messages.
- Assist walk-ins with inquiries, scheduling, and necessary paperwork.

Administrative Duties:
- Handle multi-line phone systems to answer, transfer, and take messages.
- Assist with mailing and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Support billing processes as needed.

Clinical Support:
- Room patients and take vitals.
- Perform pre-operative blood draws and EKGs.
- Assist in scheduling pre-op appointments and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to provide clear, friendly, and professional communication with patients and staff.
- Medical assistant certification is preferred but not required.
- Experience in drawing blood, taking vitals, and performing EKGs is a plus.
- Familiarity with billing systems and medical scheduling software is beneficial.
- Spanish Speaking preferred
