Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Social Work from a Council on Social Work Education accredited program
- Licensed to practice as a Social Worker in the state where employed
- Prior experience in hospice care preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
