Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Interim HealthCare, providing high-quality therapy services to patients in their homes.
Key Duties:
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Conduct assessments, establish goals, and document progress for patients
- Provide education and training to patients and families on self-care techniques and safety strategies
- Prioritize patient needs and adapt therapy plans accordingly
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active OT license in Michigan and minimum 2 years of occupational therapy experience, preferably in home healthcare
- Certification in CPR and knowledge of state and federal regulations governing home health care
