We are looking for a Hospice Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission to provide exceptional patient care.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to market our hospice services to potential referral sources and establish strong relationships with referral sources for hospice clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase hospice referral volumes and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including Assisted Living Facilities, physician practices, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, community resources, and other appropriate community resources
- Monitor and analyze customer relationship management system reports to track and report on activity and account development status
Requirements
- Prior medical, hospice, or home care sales experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related subject or equivalent years of training and work experience
- Two to three (2-3) years of successful sales experience with comparable customers, preferably healthcare services
