In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our home healthcare business and improve our market share.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow our home healthcare business and improve our market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including Assisted Living Facilities, physician practices, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, community resources, and other appropriate community resources.
- Prepare and conduct presentations to prospective clients to promote our home healthcare services.
Requirements:
- Prior home healthcare sales experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related subject or equivalent years of training and work experience.
- Two to three (2-3) years of successful sales experience with comparable customers, preferably healthcare services are preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels within and outside the company.
