Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Completing Ongoing Assessments:
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patients' physical status and psycho-social status
- Evaluate patients' response to intervention and treatment
Developing Care Plans:
- Initiate and develop a plan of care in collaboration with the IDG and attending physician
- Make necessary revisions to the IDG plan of care as patients' needs change
Providing Education and Interventions:
- Provide education and interventions to support effective pain management
- Assess patients' response to intervention and treatment
Ensuring Availability of Resources:
- Ensure equipment, supplies, drugs, and biologicals are available as needed
Documentation:
- Document patient services accurately and timely
