Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day hospice operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Establish, implement, and evaluate goals and objectives for hospice care services that meet quality standards.
- Oversee the maintenance of patient/family records, statistics, and reports for evaluation and compliance purposes.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of the organization's budget and strategic goals.
- Communicate effectively with the leadership team regarding compliance, complaints, and occurrences.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred).
- Active RN license in the state(s) where patient care is provided.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse within the last 7 years (preferred).
- 1 year of hospice or related healthcare experience managing caregivers (preferred).
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and car insurance.
