Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving and coordinating referrals and patient information

Necessary Qualifications:
- Nursing degree from an accredited institution
- Michigan licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
- One year of experience as a LPN or RN
