- Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective management of day-to-day operations, including supervision of clinicians and maintenance of patient/family records.
- Evaluate care provided to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement processes to promote adequate supervision, employee education, and ongoing training.
- Assist leadership in preparing and administering budgets, developing strategic goals, and executing plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness of care.
