At Interim HealthCare Home Health and Hospice, we are seeking a talented Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain contacts with referral sources, including Assisted Living Facilities, physician practices, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, community resources, and other appropriate community resources.
- Prepare and conduct presentations to prospective clients to promote our hospice services.
- Implement account development strategies to sell and secure growth in account market share with large complex referral and payer organizations.
- Use customer relationship management system to track and report on activity as well as monitor account development status and plan next steps; reviews reports and activity with supervisor on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Prior medical, hospice, or home care sales experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related subject or equivalent years of training and work experience.
- Two to three (2-3) years of successful sales experience with comparable customers, preferably healthcare services are preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels within and outside the company.
