Interim HealthCare in New Hampshire is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) to join our team in Greenland NH. This individual will provide high-quality and personalized home care services to our elderly client who has dementia. We are looking for someone to assist with activities of daily living and promoting their overall well-being.

Compensation & Benefits:

$25 per hour

Monday- Friday - 3PM-11PM &11PM-7AM shifts available

Saturday and Sunday - All shifts available (flexible with 4,6, or 8 hour shifts)

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Provide personal care and support our client
• Assist with activities of daily living such as light housekeeping, meal preparation and companionship
• Document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies
  
  
  

A few must-haves:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active LNA license in the state of NH
• Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 LBS with no restrictions
• Valid Driver’s License and Reliable transportation
