Position: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Augusta, GA (Broad Street office)

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in home settings.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to urgent needs.
- Deliver individualized, compassionate support to families and patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Active RN or LPN license in Georgia.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to making a difference.
- CPR certification
