What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Interim HealthCare of East Tennessee?
General Purpose:
Provide support to Human Resources in areas of employee processing and record keeping, as well as employee development activities. The HR Assistant will be responsible for assisting in education and training initiatives to drive ROI growth and talent development. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with the Human Resources Department and Agency Administration to achieve the company's goals. Works under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Apple Products and Microsoft Office (required)
- Previous record-keeping experience preferred.
- Interpersonal, communication skills
- Knowledge of office practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of business terminology, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- Skill to prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and reports.
Working Conditions & Physical Effort:
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
- Ability to work flexible schedule and/or evening hours as needed.
- Ability to sit in front of CPU for extended periods of time.
- Physical activity is sedentary and may require occasional lifting or carrying up to 10 lbs.
