The selected candidate will be responsible for providing emotional support and guidance to patients' families and caregivers, developing and implementing grief support programs, and facilitating support groups.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients' families and caregivers.
- Develop and implement grief support programs.
- Facilitate support groups.
- Ensure that families receive ongoing bereavement care after the loss of their loved one.
