Job Title: Hospice Bereavement Coordinator
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Bereavement Coordinator to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential emotional support and guidance to patients' families and caregivers during one of the most challenging times of their lives.
- Develop and implement grief support programs, facilitate support groups, and ensure that families receive ongoing bereavement care after the loss of their loved one.

Requirements:
- Experience working with death and dying, terminal individuals and their families or caregivers
- Bereavement experience required
- Hospice experience required
- Medicare experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills, good communicator, empathetic, compassionate and resourceful
