Healthcare Sales Representative

As a Healthcare Sales Representative, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do :

Build and nurture strategic partnerships : Forge strong, lasting relationships with key referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities, to drive growth and increase sales.

Develop winning account strategies : Design and execute innovative plans to target, cultivate, and expand high-potential accounts, unlocking new growth opportunities.

Deliver impactful presentations : Create and present compelling sales pitches to organizations and community groups, connecting with audiences that can help expand access to home care clients.

Track progress with precision : Monitor and document all prospecting efforts, account development initiatives, referral trends, and sales activities to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate to enhance service excellence : Partner with the management team to assess customer service performance, refine strategies, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.

A few must-haves for Healthcare Sales Representatives :

Bachelor's degree in Business (or related field) or equivalent training and work experience

Minimum of 5 years of current healthcare sales experience

Must have a book of business in Mandeville, Covington, Slidell or Metairie Louisiana

Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare services, referral sources, and payors

Understanding of state and federal standards and regulations

Excellent communication skills, goal-driven mentality, and ability to work independently
