We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team at Interim HealthCare of NEPA. As a DSP, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with disabilities.
**Responsibilities and Requirements**
- Care for the personal needs of patients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with daily activities such as eating, drinking, and managing medication
- Help clients with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises
- Monitor client health, track intake/output, and report any changes or concerns to supervisors
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- 6 months to 1 year of experience working with intellectually disabled individuals preferred
- Knowledge of Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) preferred
**Benefits and Compensation**
- Competitive hourly rate: $17/hour
- $50 quarterly bonuses (up to $200 annually)
