About the Opportunity
We're seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides (HCAs) / Caregivers. You'll have the opportunity to provide personalized care and support to seniors, enabling them to live safely at home.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to seniors, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Remind clients of medication, document their condition, and notify supervisors of any concerns
- Maintain a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- One year of relative experience preferred
- CPR certification required
- Valid PA driver's license, auto insurance, and transportation preferred
- Compassionate and helping nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
